What we collect
VYTH reads only what it needs to deliver behavioral guard-rails and track your progress.
Trade Interaction Data
When VYTH detects a supported trade flow, it may collect:
- Broker name, ticker, and trade action
- Share count and price at interception
- Estimated trade amount
- Decision outcome (reconsidered or proceeded)
Conviction + Savings Data
When you use journaling features, VYTH may store:
- Conviction score (1-10)
- Written reasoning text
- Optional AI classification
- Savings journal entries and totals
Account Data (Optional)
If you create an account for cross-device sync:
- Email address (login and recovery)
- Username (display only)
- Password (hashed server-side, never stored in plaintext)
Creating an account is entirely optional.
Settings + Telemetry
VYTH stores extension state locally:
- Sensitivity level preference
- Telemetry opt-in/out preference
- Daily intervention counter
- Pseudonymous extension user ID
